How much will it cost to ship my order?

Enter your choices in the shopping cart and you will see the postage cost displayed before you complete your purchase. This applies to Australian customers and also to those countries who make up the majority of our overseas customers. If you don't see a price displayed in the shopping cart you will receive an email with a shipping quote before we charge your account or finalise your order.

How do I sign in? I dont have a user ID

Before you can make a purchase you have to register. Click on the REGISTER link in the top right corner of the webpage. Choose your own User ID & password.

assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our
user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal

to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We

administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you
would like a copy of the information which we hold about you or believe that
any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete,

7.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold
about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.
8. Complaints about privacy
8.1. If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to

Australia. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after
receiving written notice of your complaint.
