Shipments and returns
Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post. Orders sent to the East Coast usually take 2 or 3 days, orders to further away can take longer. Remember we are in Far North Queensland so allow for a little longer then usual delivery times. You can also choose express post which takes 1 to 3 days. Overseas orders are sent by airmail which usually takes 10 to 14 days. Please be aware that orders sent to the USA can take as long as a month due to US Customs procedures. Any customs fee charged by your country are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

Exchanges and Refunds
We will exchange goods which don't fit, but you must return them to us at your own cost, so if you aren't sure about your size please do email first or phone the shop and we will send you exact measurements.
We will happily exchange but we do not give refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully.

Also please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchage or refund on underwear. Please read our sizing charts carefully or alternatively, if you have any concerns or questions please don't hessitate to contact us.
Goods with Major Faults or Defects
Every product is inspected carefully before shipping to guarantee that goods are not in any way flawed. In the unlikely event that you receive an item in an unsatisfactory state it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receipt) and we will make arrangements for repair, replacement or refund. The item should be unworn and with the labels still attached.
