My favourite shop! This is the only place in the Cairns wider region with high quality, alternative wears for all genders and ages. The shop is a delight to visit with gorgeous staff and wonderful vibes. A must see on any visit to Kuranda.
I LOVE Tantrika
Before moving to Kuranda I would literally drive up the hill just to shop there.
The brand they stock called Nomads is my favourite made of bamboo fibers, looks great but feels even better. I’m now a breast feeding mama and the clothes are so easy for that for the stretchy fabric that just moulds to my skin. They also stock amazing local art pieces, clothing and homeware such as these epic crystal lights. The woman who work there are so lovely and I feel really great about supporting Local! Highly recommend 5/5 star rating.

For many years I have been wearing Tantrika fashion and loved every item, not only for their unique style and super comfortable fit but also for the high quality material. Garments feel so beautiful on your skin and keep their shape and colour, even after years of wearing. Tantrika's customer service at their Kuranda shop is very friendly, relaxed and helpful but also the online service is fantastic, with quick delivery and parcel tracking. I can only recommend very highly, especially Tantrika's hemp & bamboo wear are my favorites.
