RETURNS POLICY

Shipments and returns Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post. Orders sent to the East Coast usually take 2 or 3 days, orders to further away can take longer. Remember we are in Far North Queensland so allow for a little longer then usual delivery times. You can also choose express post which takes 1 to 3 days. Overseas orders are sent by airmail which usually takes 10 to 14 days. Please be aware that orders sent to the USA can take as long as a month due to US Customs procedures. Exchanges and Refunds We will exchange goods which don't fit, but you must return them to us at your own cost, so if you aren't sure about your size please do email first or phone the shop and we will send you exact measurements. We will happily exchange but we do not give refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully.
